An address change request can be in one of the following states.

• Aangevraagd
  The request has been sent to your organisation, but your organisation has not yet provided any feedback.
  
  This is represented as “1” in the CSV export.
  
  

• Bevestigd
  You have applied the request, and provided feedback that the request has been applied.
  
  This is represented as “2” in the CSV export.
  
  

• Geweigerd
  You have indicated that the request can not be applied. Please note this state can only be set by a Digita administrator.
  
  This is represented as “3” in the CSV export.

Doorvoeren op
Date on which the new address information can be applied.

The attribute is included in the column dateOfValidity of the CSV export.

If the user is moving in the future, the date of move is used as date of validity. If the user already moved, the date created is used as date of validity.

Aangemaakt op
Date on which the data subject created the address change request.

Verhuist op
The date on which the data subject will move to his new address. This is only shown in the interface if the data subject indicated that he intends to move in the future.
