Once you have applied the address change request, you can provide feedback to the data subject.

Sign-in to the application
To sign-in, navigate to app.verhuisplan.be/public/authenticate in your browser. More information on how to sign-in can be found in the following article.

Sign-in to the application

Select an address change
After signing-in, you will autmatically be redirected to https://app.verhuisplan.be/partner/update. This page shows an overview of all address change requests sent to your organisation.

To see the details of an address change, click on the name of the subject in the table “Overzicht van updates”.

Apply address change request
On the details screen, you will see all of the detailed information regarding the selected address change request.

Based on the information in the request, find the corresponding individual in each of your organisation’s systems and update the information accordingly.

Provide feedback on address change request
Once the address change has been applied in all of your systems, you can provide feedback to the data subject. To do so, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the “Bevestig adreswijziging” button. If for some reason, you are unable to apply the address change, click the “Weiger adreswijziging” button.

You can optionally include a message to the data subject when providing feedback. To do so, enter a message in the corresponding text field before clicking the “Bevesting adreswijziging” or “Weiger adreswijziging” buttons.

Frequently asked questions

  • What if the data subject can not be matched to an individual in our systems?
    If you can not match the dat subject to an individual, you are allowed to contact the data subject to gather additional information.

  • In which system do we need to apply the address change request?
    The updated information should be applied to all data sources within your organisation which contain personal information.

  • Why is the “Bevestig adreswijziging” button disabled?
    The button is disabled in case an address change has already been confirmed, or when the date of validity is in the future.

  • What happens when I click the “Bevestig adreswijziging” button?
    An email gets send to the data subject automatically. The email notifies him that the address change request has been processed by your organisation.
