Sign-in to the enterprise interface

Summary

Digita offers organisations an easy-to-use corporate interface to manage address change. This guide explains how organisations can sign-in to the interface, by using the email address associated with their organisation.

Navigate to the sign-in screen
To sign-in, navigate to app.verhuisplan.be/public/authenticate in your browser. You are shown a page on which you can request a sign-in link.

 

Request a sign-in link
Click on the text field, and enter the email address on which you receive the update requests (e.g. privacy@company.com). Once a valid email address has been entered, the button to request a sign-in link becomes enabled. Click on the button to continue.

 

Tip: make sure to use the address on which you receive the update requests (e.g. privacy@company.com)

 

You are shown a page which confirms that you asked for a login link
After clicking the button, you are shown a message indicating that you received an email containing a sing-in link.

 

Go to your email application and open the email you have just received
Open your email client, and open the email containing the sign-in link. Once you clicked the sign-in link, your browser should open a new page which will show you a list of requested address changes.

 

You are now logged in
Now, you should see your dashboard containing several update requests.
