Why is my organisation receiving multiple requests from a single data subject?

There are two reasons why this might happen.

  • A data subject selected multiple brands belonging to your organisation
    This might happen when a single organisation owns multiple brands. In that case, a user might select more than 1 brand which belongs to the same organisation. More information on this can be found in the article How does Digita obtain the data subject’s mandate?.

  • A data subject exercised multiple request
    This might happen when a data subject made a mistake in his initial request.
